General Admission tickets grant access to the tallest observation deck in New England, indoor and outdoor 360-degree views, Cloud Terrace, a 360-degree open air roof deck, Explore Boston, an interactive neighborhood discovery tool, and Open Doors Immersive Theater.
Admittance to View Boston is only available on the date and time selected when the ticket was purchased.

Full Terms and Conditions

This ticket is a revocable license (this "Ticket") and grants to ticket holder, on behalf of ticket holder and any minor accompanying holder ("TH"), each one (1) admission to the View Boston Observatory ("View Boston") operated by Legends Attractions, LLC ("LA"). By accepting this Ticket, TH certifies that he/she accepts and agrees to abide by the terms of this Ticket and the Rules and Regulations of View Boston (posted in full at (viewboston.com) (the "Rules") which may be modified, amended, or supplemented at any time by LA.

Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the beginning of the activity. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the beginning of the activity or no-show will not be granted a refund.
